The surge in cases of tattoo-associated adverse reactions is an alarming situation, especially with this increasing trend of tattooing for cosmetic purposes among the youth. Tattoo‐associated tuberculous and nontuberculous mycobacterial skin infections have been reported uncommonly in literature.
