Its occurrence as multiples is termed as ‘mesiodentes’. Double mesiodentes is a rare phenomenon. The prevalence of mesiodens varies between 0.09% and 2.05% in different studies. The etiology of this dental anomaly remains unclear. There probably exists a familial disposition. This is a case report of two patients presented with two mesiodens.
