The narrowing usually develops slowly over many years. Thishigh-risk case was operated by the team in TUTH ENT Operation theater. We report a 75-year-old man with triple vessel diseasewith diagnosisof right allergic fungal rhinosinusitis with left deviated nasal septumsuccessfully undergone right Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and recovered.
