There was no history of trauma, drug abuse, seizure or vigorous exercise nor history of renal and musculoskeletal disease. Here we have discussed the clinical features, biochemical derangements, diagnosis of coxsackie B virus, multi organ involvement and need of urgent hemodialysis for appropriate management of the case.
