The diagnosisis generally made with a typical history and clinical examination. Imaging modalities including radiography and magnetic resonance imaging can help establish the diagnosis. We report a paediatric case presented with dysphagia lusoria resulted from right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery with the imaging findings.
