Punctate porokeratosis is grossly described as multiple minute keratotic projections over the palmoplantar region. On histology, it is characterized by the presence of cornoid lamellae. Here, we report a case of localized punctate palmoplantar porokeratosis in a 28-year- old male, considering its rarity of pitted presentation.
