Abstract

Abstract: Dyskeratosis congenita is a rare congenital disorder affecting mainly the integumentary system. It is a progressive disease with involvement of bone marrow. A triad of hyperpigmentation, nail dystrophy and leucoplakia are characteristic of this disease.
