dc.description.abstract | Locally invasive non-metastatic persistent gestational trophoblastic tumours (PGTT) following a non-molar pregnancy occur very rarely. We report a case of high risk non-metastatic PGTT which followed a spontaneous first trimester abortion. Complete remission of the tumour was achieved by chemotherapy EMA-CO regimen.
